Customs seize 5,200 steroid pills

Maltese Customs seized 5,200 steroid pills which were brought to Malta from Tripoli on Tuesday evening by two Libyan nationals.
Customs officials decided to investigate the two passengers when their luggage resulted to contain some empty containers. While nothing was found in the luggage, a body search yielded the steroid pills.
The latter are restriced locally and require a particular licence from the Medicine Authority.
The police are investigating.
